regd designs velvet cat figure
Labeled under her feet- REGD DESIGN No. 955523 Made In Hong Kong.
This is a hollow plastic figure that is coated in velvet type material.
I think she is a cat but may be some other cute furry critter.
She is rather cute with her long eyelashes and flower on her head.
She has some rubbing on one side of her cheek where some of the velvet has rubbed away. The rest of her looks fine.
She is vintage.
She has a string on her head to hang her from something or just sit her on a shelf.
