This item is new and in box, It may have been returned and put back on the shelf as the frame stand has a spot where a sticker or price tag was removed. It is shown in pics.
The rest of the frame looks fine. Picture window is glass.
It is a nice cute bat frame, perfect for a pic of the little ones in costume.
Comes with a Halloween Horrors CD. It is new in package but package has some curling. CD looks fine. It has "60 minutes of Terrifying Sound effects for great Halloween fun" as stated on the front of the CD.
