This is a womans ring.
It is labeled on the inside of the band Sterling. no other markings.
It has a large red stone with four little red stones and 7 clear stones surrounding the larger stone. I do not know what the stones are. They do not look like precious stones but not sure.
It is used but looks fine. It is a nice ring and looks to be vintage.
